First of all, they could manage their programme, starting to spend less hours in front of their gadgets, replacing them with reading and having breaks that could make anything enjoyable.
In addition, they could search for books that suit them, because anyone has different literary tastes that just must he found.
To sum, I believe that we should give a chance to books and try to to do something new every day.
