B: What? Do you mean just listening to it or actually playing an instrument?
A: Both,really. I play the drums in a band at weekends and I've got piles of CDs at home.
Make short dialogues using the words in brackets and the pattern you have just seen.Then practise the dialogues with a partner.
1. A:I'm really interested in boxing.
B:(watch it/box yourself)
A:No way!You'd never catch me in the ring!No,I just love watching it.
2.A:I really love American football.
B:(watch/play)
A:Oh,I'm in a team. We play every Sunday.
3.A:I really love Chinese food.
B:(go to Chinese restaurants/make it yourself)
A:No,I make it myself-all the time. You must come round sometime.
4. A: I'm really into art.
B:(go to galleries/paint yourself)
A:No,I wish I could paint.I just like going round galleries.
5. A:I'm very interested in culture.
B:(youth culture/Beethoven and things like that)
