Hi, I want to let you know the following things, the food was cold and delayed by 20 minutes, 1 2, the waiter was very insensitive to us and mocked us and 3, the food had hairs in it
I am writing about having found out that there was cat hair in my soup. This is not acceptable and therefore I am seeking a full refund in order to forget what has happened. Could you please ensure that health and safety is prioritised within your restaurant so this does not happen again?
Also, I would like to ask for a deep cleaning of the cutlery as they look very dirty.
