1)Fish'n Chips-It has been the main dish of the working class since the 19th century and combines a piece of breaded fish with french fries.
2)Kedgeree-The main assumption is that British settlers introduced an Indian dish to British cuisine and that dish turned into what is now known as Kedgeree. The recipe calls for fish (usually haddock) along with curry, eggs and basmati rice mixed and cooked together.
3)Bangers and Mash-The name of the dish is not very funny (pureed sausages) but this is also one of the delicious symbols of British cuisine. The dish consists of a garnish of mashed potatoes over which are added pork sausages (or pork and beef) and an onion sauce.
