If I want to lose weight in a hurry, i won't go on a crush diet because if you diet you won't loose a lot of weight so If you really want to lose weight, try:
-drink a lot of water
-exercise for at least 30 minutes (but first warm-up and then exercise)
-go for a walk everyday
-eat more healthier (try caloric deficit!!) , try avoinding unhelathy foods like junk food and a lot of sweets.
