It's more convenient to have a conversation face to face because you can hear more clearly the other person. For example, online, if you get texts from anonymous users that hurt you, saying your fat, skinny, ugly, don't do that, do that, it comes to suicide. But, actually the haters, can be little kid messing around on the internet.
At school, the teachers can teach the students much better than online on Teams, Zoom, Google Classroom,...
